Thanks to all of the friends and fans who suffered through a very hot and humid day to help the lads on their first official music video. We’ll have more info and photos in a few days.

Hey all,

Just wanted to send out a quick (and last minute) invite to see if you wanted to be in a video we are shooting this Sunday July 29th.

The video will be for the song ‘Lost to the Lonesome’, and it will be filmed in Woodstock, NY. It will be an all day event and you would have to provide your own transportation. You may also have to bring certain clothes as the video will be a period piece from the late 1800s/early 1900s. Food and fun will be provided.

If you are interested please write us by Wednesday (tomorrow) for more details. Again we’d like to stress that we will not be able to provide any transportation, so if you need to steal a car we completely understand.

Hope you can make it down, sorry for the lack of notice.

In case you haven’t been following it …

“Well….. Our short tour is now over and I think it’s appropriate to make one last post for the sake of completion.

Honestly I don’t have much to say. All of us are so often looking towards the future, that recapping the past doesn’t feel that inspiring. We have a lot of work ahead of us in the next few months. We’re deep in the process of writing the next record. In fact we already have a title….. It’s a lot of work, but it is the work that we love to do. Actually it’s the work we’ve fought for years to have to opportunity to do. So many of our friends are creators. And living in New York we are all faced with the challenge of opportunity. Every moment becomes a chance to work on the thing you love. And that’s what you do….

Hopefully soon we will send out some of the new material we are working on. But certainly we’ll keep you up to date on the process. Thanks so much for following our muses. Hopefully they keep things interesting. Our next tour will start sooner than later. As will the tour blog…..

A couple of weeks ago, we announced that a video of Pela playing an acoustic version of Cavalry. No sooner than we announced it, it disappeared. We’re still not sure what happened to it but it has been reposted. It shows the lads playing with Chris Herb, an old friend and bandmate of Billy, who wrote the lyrics. The video is not the best quality but you may never see the song being done this way again.

The following dates have been confirmed for the August tour. In addition, we expect to add another 3 or 4 in the near future.
