The album will be officially released on April 24th with a release show at the Mercury Lounge in NYC. If you plan on being there, you’d better get your tickets soon. The last Pela show there was sold out.

We’ll be releasing our full-length album, “Anytown Graffiti” on April 24th with a show at the Mercury Lounge, then following that up with release shows at the Khyber in Philly, the Rock and Roll Hotel in DC and Great Scott in Allston, MA. Advance ticket sales will be available for most of these shows. Hope to see you at some of these shows.

Pela will be playing at the South by Southwest Conference (SXSW) on Friday March 16, at Eternal in Austin, Texas with The Faint. They’ll be playing a couple of other shows in the area which we’ll be announcing in the next few days. Watch the Shows listing in the sidebar for details.

From Feb. 13th until the album’s April 24th launch date, Pela will unveil one song each week from their debut album on Great Society, “Anytown Graffiti”. Click Here to listen and watch as the lovely lads of Pela find their way into the deepest corners of your aching heart.

These shows will be a lot of fun. We’ll be selling a very limited edition wood block print poster. On the bottom of the poster will be a place for you to fill in your address and send it in to our label. And on the day of our release of ‘Anytown Graffiti’ the album will be sent to your house. Pretty cool right? We’ll also have some cool new merch stuff for you all.
PS- If you plan on coming to The Mercury Lounge we suggest you get there very early. This show will get extremely sold out and we want to see all of your lovely faces. And we promise this will be the last time. We’ll make sure there’s ticket sales from now on. Boo yah.
